I didn't exercise yesterday, but I also didn't eat as much junk. Yeah for me! It's going down.
I just read in my Shape Magazine that you have 82% less chance of getting many health related diseases by weighing your same weight you were when you graduated from High School. I weighed 120 my Senior Year. So that is my ultimate goal.
It may take a while but I really feel I can do it.
My short term goal is to get into the 140's. I haven't been there since we moved back to the States from Australia, that was about 3 years ago. I've had Sicily since then but she's 2 years 3 months now. Time for me to lose these lbs.
