Had no desire to go out in the cold tonight to walk my dog. And really no desire to exercise at all. But I knew I had to. So me and our new Wii Fit Plus had some fun.

Hula Hoop 6 mins
I've wanted to try Yoga for a long time and just haven't had the chance. I like it on the Wii because it really tells you how to do it right, and monitors your posture and stance. The Step was challenging and good to have something to concentrate on. But I didn't feel challenged physically very much. The Hula Hoop was fun and did AWESOME on my abs, definitely a favorite.
So I didn't really break out in sweat tonight but I'm glad I did something besides sit on my butt.

There We Go
I didn't exercise yesterday, but I also didn't eat as much junk. Yeah for me! It's going down.
I just read in my Shape Magazine that you have 82% less chance of getting many health related diseases by weighing your same weight you were when you graduated from High School. I weighed 120 my Senior Year. So that is my ultimate goal.
It may take a while but I really feel I can do it.
My short term goal is to get into the 140's. I haven't been there since we moved back to the States from Australia, that was about 3 years ago. I've had Sicily since then but she's 2 years 3 months now. Time for me to lose these lbs.

Wrong Way
So I exercised my butt off, I felt like, yesturday then I gained 0.2 lbs. Not so many sweets. That's my biggest problem, I eat too many sweets. Working on it, and working on moving more. Lots More!

The Journey Begins
So I'm starting my weight loss goals before the New Year begins. Hope no body minds, but my body is SOOO sick of all the crap I've eaten from Halloween - Christmas that I could just puke. So here goes.
Yesturday Walked Dog 40 mins
Today Aerobics DVD 40 mins
Abs 5 mins
I know this doesn't sound like a ton, but for what I've been doing lately this is loads.
Problem is I horked down more Christmas Chocolates. Next year I'm only make half batches of everything. I love it all so much it makes me sick.
