So I'm starting my weight loss goals before the New Year begins. Hope no body minds, but my body is SOOO sick of all the crap I've eaten from Halloween - Christmas that I could just puke. So here goes.
Yesturday Walked Dog 40 mins
Today Aerobics DVD 40 mins
Abs 5 mins
I know this doesn't sound like a ton, but for what I've been doing lately this is loads.
Problem is I horked down more Christmas Chocolates. Next year I'm only make half batches of everything. I love it all so much it makes me sick.
